It's impossible in RE because, were it done with your method, discounting the fact you would fly into space, you would require Pac-man scrolling, as someone mentioned already.

Don't be a moron. You're the one claiming that it's possible, so you need evidence to back up that claim.

It's impossible to navigate a perfectly straight line for any distance greater than 0.
How is this a simple task for multiple thousands of miles?
