Software Developers. Why does modern society necessitate their existence? The economy was just fine before their craft was born, and it'll be just fine after it's all outsourced.

I dislike proprietary software developers, particularly where the software is commercial as well as proprietary. Capitalist scum.

In related news, free and open source developers are people I can at least respect.

I am neither so I think I may be safe, but wouldn't the lack of any software developers preclude the existence of web developers? 

I originally opened this thread thinking it would be about some new condo development or something.

Narc is talking about software developers, whereas crazybmanp is talking about web developers, web developers do not develop browser software, unless of course they are educated in both fields, which is generally not the case.
