Outcome: which is better in the long run?

Either way, if RE wins Humans will advance infinitely, expanding across the galaxy, the universe. maybe even beyond. If FE wins, Humanity will die slowly with resource over use, Earth and Humanity will die, there is no where to run afterall. What goes around comes around.

I think we could get around the problem with temperature.  And it's entirely possible that there are other tiny suns orbiting above other sections of the disk, allowing for the possibility of natural light and warmth at parts beyond the ice wall.  When NASA falls apart under the weight of its increasingly untenable conspiracy, it may finally usher in a new golden age of exploration beyond our natural frontiers the likes of which has never been seen in history.  I find the possibility exciting and hope I live to see the day.

Now there might be multiple suns.  Holy mackerel.  Do those suns go faster than the one we see?  Or is the day like 76 hours long past the outer rim?

All of that is impossible to know until we are able to explore the area.  I do think it likely, in keeping with the cosmological principle, that other areas of the earth follow the same laws of physics as our own area.

My personal theory is that (even if you assume an infinite plane) there will be no more suns outward. I suspect the suns position is at least in part dictated by the magnetic pole.

The idea just came to me that there may be other suns in a much larger "orbit" of the pole. Or bright collections of stars somewhere rimward.  It's not the kind of thing I'd be willing to set out to explore, however. I suspect someone would like to some day though.

The problem with exploring past the ice wall is how?

Its a highly guarded secret.

Some say its a 150,000 ft mountain.  Hard to get over.

Plus I would know which direction to go.  I am still trying to figure out if I point my compass South and start flying why the direction points toward North once you get past the magnetic south pole.

I suppose if you mounted radio transmitters on the top of the ice wall, you'd be able to roughly triangulate your position. But I don't know what could be expected out there other than cold and darkness.

If one spends some time to think about it, they would have known that an infinite earth implies there be more than one sun.  Hardly a new advancement.  It is also a bit naive to think they must orbit the center of our inhabited area.

Regardless of GreenEarth's gross misrepresentation of the potential for exploration of a Flat Earth and surrounding universe, it should not matter, even if a Flat Earth would somehow produce utterly terrible results for all humanity.

We should not believe what we believe because it makes us happy, but because it appears to be true.

It would be wonderful if there were an ancient treasure trove of immense value buried ten feet beneath my lawn. If there weren't, I'd be quite upset. Should I quit my job and spend wildly on the basis that I'll no longer need to worry about money if there is, in fact, treasure?

again, I was refering to a finite Earth. But you have a point, I would be happier dying knowing the absolute truth, than living a long life asking questions and not getting an answer.
