It was a pretty gradual process. I kind of always had my doubts, somehow the Copernica-Newtonian model just didn't sit well with me and has often seemed a tad ridiculous. I was a de-facto globularist until I discovered the work of Samuel Rowbotham, which opened my eyes to the possibility that I genuinely wasn't wrong to doubt globularism. All this happened in about 2005. By the time I found this site, I was a fairly committed zeteticist. I started my own local Flat Earth group, SWEFES, and started to prepare to continue to promote the noble belief system which Johnson (rest his soul) had left behind.
