I don't recall anything in that book besides unrepeatable experiments, none of which said the universe to be infinite.

It doesn't matter how you personally feel about the author or legitimacy of the experiments. All that matters is that a scientific study exists which proves through experimentation that the earth is a plane.
Now can I please see one of the many studies which prove that the earth is a globe?

If you want a book, then goto ANY library! Check up the section on "Geography", or "Space", or "Earth", and you will find hundreds, upon hundred of books proving the earth being round. You can provide us with your books, but we can provide you with our books. There are just so many of our books, proving the earth being round, that there is no point listing them! The list will probably go on for a VERY long time!
Another thing I picked up on though, about the books you tell us about, is the fact that ALL they do is 'try' rebuttal the notion of a round earth (as in, you cant get your own ideas, all you guys do is try prove already made discoveries wrong...
You have not made your own discoveries, and proven them corrent).. Have any of these notable humans (as you call them, because they are the true knower's of the real earth) actually provided EVIDENCE that the earth is flat, WITHOUT trying to prove us wrong with our science... I mean, have the FE believers come up with some REAL individual experiments that have been tested and reviewed upon by OTHER people and scientists and then been confirmed as true?
For every 1 book you tell us, in your own words, is EVIDENCE of a flat earth, then we have 100 books to prove the round earth for every 1 book you know about a flat earth.
