Where does the weather come from? Our atmosphere doesn't go out that far even if we use the 3000 mi FE distance. Also the moon has no atmosphere, if it did shouldn't we see something other than the shadow object? But, that is an awesome thought!

The moon does have an atmosphere, its just barely there compared to the Earth.

The "weather system" comes from gasses from inside the moon that are released due to radioactive decay and also from sputtering.

This is really interesting, what is the evidence for the sputtering? I have never heard of it before.

That last chapter (11) talks about it a bit

I'm sorry, but any radioactive reaction tends to be extremely visible in the form of erm...radiation...eh ehm... and furthermore, this a far stronger storm than any on Earth. How did this happen on a weaker atmosphere?

The moon does have radiation issues.  Life threatening levels of it, actually.  Not that I'm too inclined to trust them, but since you are:  NASA themselves admit they have little idea about the radiation on the moon, but know that it is at the very least extremely life-threatening.  They are supposedly currently planning to investigate it more including sending fake human flesh to the surface.

I can find nothing anywhere that can support the shadow being a "weather system" as even though there is a minimal atmosphere it could never support anything that big much something that cannot be seen. Here is a great article from 1998 that goes into pretty good detail about research up to that point.

http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/1998/08/980820080624.htm

And here is another from 1957 that is really interesting as well. It talks about the moon eclipsing stars. Really cool!!!

Hasn't anyone thought about the eclipses of stars with the Shadow Object? Why don't we see stars suddenly disappear behind the Shadow Object? Or, if the stars are below it, why don't we see stars passing in front of the moon?

FE'rs can't show exact diagrams of their "theory" because every time they get one observation to work, another three are thrown out of whack.

Also, the question of vantage points was glossed over. That is, if the sun illuminates the moon in the FE model, then people in different parts of the world would see very different phases. Answers, people!
