Starcraft 2

This thread is bound to have been made before, if it has been, consider this a bump

Is it going to be as good as the original?
What is the plot going to develop?
Your thoughts?

Now, I personally loved the original more than I could ever love a person, so i'll be getting the new one because blizzard deserves my money anyway. But it does actually look to be a very decent game in its own right.

Zerg FTW (kekek)

I played on the alpha. I was impressed.
My problem with his ideas is that it is a ridiculous thing.

Genius. PURE, undiluted genius.

I do. This is twofold in scope, as to why:

1 - I can afford it.

2 - I enjoy it.

I wasn't aware you were antagonizing me. You made a statement of assumption, in the form a question and...I answered you....?

You do realise this makes you a superior being to the both of us, right?

And if we cant have zerg, can we at least have an assurance that the kekekekeke factor remains intact?

That's good, cause I wasn't aware either. It was rather rhetorical in nature.

Yeah, didn't think I'd get much out of a writer anyway, especially one who values his employment.

"Hell, Its about time"...for zerg?

I gotta love that video.

Nydus Worms are truly awesome.
And mental_theRapist is making sure he apologises to things that could even be potentially interpreted as an insult, for fear of offending you. You have secret knowledge!

Do you have any idea when anything about zerg will be thought about being released maybe perhaps please?

I had to sign non-disclosure agreements as terms of my writing contract. I am writing a WoW novel, for the TCG market. But even still, I have access to things you guys don't, so the NDA is umbrella.

I will say this though - They outdid sc 1 :P

P.S. - Agent is on my list of people I respect, he cannot offend me.

How do people do novels for WOW? considering they want to keep all the lore canonical. do you come up with a plot and then ask if you're allowed to do it? or is that blizzard says "we want a story where thrall dies! work, boy!"

You have to submit all your ideas for approval. I've seen the process for writing a dragon lance novel.

I love those books. Not into WOW tho.

I've never actually read any, although the plots to blizzard games i have found to be truly awesome. Hats off to the writers. I want a love triangle between arctutus, raynor and kerrigan. They could make a blizzard romantic comedy.

The tagline could be
"her heart's in the right place, but now it only pumps creep!"

My basic idea for the plot is that arcturus starts off hating raynor, but after being assigned together by their DA to a tough case they learn to rely on each other, but things fall apart after they both fall for kerrigan, who is going out with a tough hydralisk who doesnt take any stick. However after a hilarious series of event lead to kerrigan agreeing to a date with raynor and arctutus AT THE SAME TIME, she has to manage her double life and in the process learns to love again.
