And another post from you that had nothing to do with what we were talking about.

It's also filled with a bunch of mindless assumptions, again.

You are assuming he is wrong. Have you done the experiments?

I haven't, but I'm not stupid enough to assume stupid shit.

At one point mainstream science did believe that the earth was flat but then we realized that the world we know can not be explained properly by using the assumption of a flat earth so after much testing we figured out that the earth was a sphere, but then after even more testing and observations we have concluded that the earth is not a perfect sphere but it has a slight bulge at the equator and it is slightly flattened at the poles.

It is what we call progress
Only 2 things are infinite the universe and human stupidity, but I am not sure about the former.

I'M a stupid shit for NOT mindlessly following one crackpot's ideas?

so you assume he's right, totally ignore all other writings on the subject, and think that makes you smarter?

sheesh...

Sure. The orbital paths of the planets and the ability to predict their locations at any given time

You're a stupid shit for assuming, as well as making up bullshit.

And I said I don't assume he is right. Did you even bother reading what I typed?

sheesh...

bishop may assume rowbotham is right, totally ignore all other writings on the subject, and think that makes him smarter, but he definitely does not *mindlessly* follow one crackpot's ideas!

he looked out the window (because he never gets outside), saw that the earth looked flat, and *then* followed one crackpot's ideas.  that could hardly be called "mindless".

well, let's see:

on one side is the DEBATER, robotham.

on the other side, thousands of real scientists.

so FErs think only robotham was right, and ignore all the scientists who repeatedly proved him wrong...

David Wardlaw Scott, Thomas Winship, Anaximander, Anaximenes, Samuel Shenton...

You're a real idiot. I could go on naming Flat Earth scientists.

Ok then Dr Bloedow M.S, PhD., etc.

Alternatively: Major. Sadist., Partially hydrogenated Dipshit., etc.

Man, I'm not usually ever this ridiculously ranting about an individual because I don't want to be treated that way. I would apologize too, but damn eric, you just don't let up! For cripe's sake be civil and level headed for a change!
