faith in a flat earth
« on: October 18, 2007, 05:39:22 AM »
hey to the flat earthers on this site. Which i don't think is many LOL

what i wanna know is what inspires you to believe in a flat earth? is it just because of rowbothams(i cant remember how to spell his name GeneralGayer please don't hurt me :(  ) experiments or something else.

Do you ever wake up thinking, nah this is stupid the earth is round what was i thinking. Do you ever doubt sometimes that the earth is flat?

just wondering. :)

Well apart from forgetting to capitalise the R, you spelt Rowbotham correctly (I think)

I never doubt that the Earth is flat!

We all doubt the obvious from time to time Tom. No shame in admitting it.

Proof? I've never seen any Round Earth. I don't see any reason why I should have blind faith in a theory without evidence I can reproduce myself.

Exactly, which is why so few people believe FE. Be honest, RE makes more sense.

Midway from the foot of a mountain and the top. It's REALLY hard to see but it is there.

Faith has nothing to do with it. Faith is what the vast majority of the world's population are subject to when they blindly believe globularist lies without any verification.

What drives most Zeteticists to their conclusions is proper scrutiny of obvious scientific fact.

That's because you, as a human, compare to the size of the Earth, will never see it round while standing its ground.

Well of course the earth is gonna look flat by looking outside your window. The earth is a big place, if you when up into space you be able to see that the earth is round, but not on ground level.

Yes, lets forget the earth is flat. Although the point is valid, standing with your head about 5-6 (depending on a person's height, it could be anything between three inches and twenty) feet above the surface of such a big globe, it would appear flat.

The truth ran from you long ago, along with sense, logic and reason. Roughly at the time you began thinking the Earth is flat.
