Debate: Shadow Object
« on: October 03, 2007, 06:41:41 PM »
How come we never see stuff like this with the "Shadow Object"?

Why does the lit side of the moon always face toward the sun?

yes, it's called a black hole.

And no; "shadow objects don't exist", much like god.

Your image of the shadow object over the sun is the FE explanation for a solar eclipse. However, the others are very applicable. If the shadow object were a black hole, you would see the effect of light bending around it. Not only do you not see this, you do not see the shadow object unless it is blocking the moon or sun. (strange how it hangs around the moon all the time, only to leave it to cause solar eclipses and lunar eclipses.)
