You say that NASA is a conspiracy, correct? If so, why is it that none of you have joined NASA so as to figure out the truth, and expose it for the world to see. Wouldn't you think this has been done by now?

If one were to infiltrate the great NASA, they would be brainwashed by the organization and ultimately become another lost soul. So to avoid that, it is best just to blindly believe that the Earth is flat.

Because it's completely irrational.

Because joining NASA would require basically a 4.0 through school and then a degree from a MAJOR university. Overall way too expensive/hard to do to blow a conspiracy, plus once you did that you would be out of a very hard to get/well paying job.

Its not so hard as you think... there are bazillions of different branches, and you don't need to be an astrophysicist to do it...

But i'm betting only a small portion of NASA would know about the conspiracy. The rest would just be there to make it seem like they are doing what they claim.

Why would there be a conspiracy? What could they possibly gain from hiding the true shape of the planet? Money? No. They'd have to spend money to keep it under wraps. Thinking it's flat and then putting a conspiracy label on the truth is is mind-numbing. Since the world is, indeed, Round, where could there be any evidence of a conspiracy? Yes the original theory was that, but back in the time when this was a popular concept, we didn't have the technology to discover the truth, nor the knowledge to fill in all the answers. They discovered they were originally wrong, and tried to prove it to everyone, for the sake of knowledge to all the people of the planet.

Lastly, I'd simply like any FEer to provide me some kind of historical evidence to suggest the world is Flat, simply because I'd like to see it. There's plenty of discussions on 9/11 as a conspiracy, and some very convincing discussions at that. Find me something similar to suggest the conspiracy on the shape of the Planet.

Also 911 isn't a conspiracy. That is retarded. Why would we attack ourselves? You really need to stop listening to idiots on the internet.

I don't understand the point of that picture, Khris. I didn't ask for photographic proof of anything. I asked for historical mention to the Flat Earth and what would lead people to believe it's a conspiracy. Besides, if you're going to post any pictures, post a real one.

Historical mention of a flat earth? read anything pre Copernicus. The catholic church sure as hell believed in a flat earth enough to kill people for saying otherwise.

**I could very easily say the same thing to anybody believing anything on this Site. Your post lost its credibility there. And your assumptions are false, as well, as I do not believe in the 9/11 conspiracy, only that I know the mention of it. If you'd like to know a possible reason why, just for your knowledge. The 9/11 conspiracy goes kind of like this: We attack ourselves. We got o war because of it. They somehow swindle their way into Iraq where all the oil is, and make tons of money jaking up the oil prices, and used the 9/11 attacks as a suitable reason to go to War in the first place. Again, I do not believe in this conspiracy, but dismissing it without knowing for yourself, straight from the source, is ignorant, and shows you're not willing to learn both sides of the story.

Ya, the Pearl Harbor conspiracy makes the most sense: we know the attack is coming, but allow it to go ahead so we can get in the war. Lots of evidence to support this, actually, one of the biggest being the fact that all the aircraft carriers were out of the bay.

I don't understand the point of that picture, Khris. I didn't ask for photographic proof of anything. I asked for historical mention to the Flat Earth and what would lead people to believe it's a conspiracy. Besides, if you're going to post any pictures, post a real one.

As for this, I have to agree: where is there any mere suggestion of a conspiracy? There seems to be no tangible evidence to support it, just all assumption: using something you can't explain to prove the existence of the conspiracy, or begging the question.
Ignoring the truth does not make it go away, it just makes you ignorant and disempowered.

You can clearly see the image was a round earth, you just flipped it horizontally, and stretched S-America's left side to fit the screen. Lame. The "ice wall" is kinda fishy too. :)

Btw, this "flat earth" is much better, use it as your evidence.

No shit? jeez, I had NO idea how I created my own image ::)

but I'd guess it went something like this:

1) Find a picture similar to the one you provided but photo quality

2) Polar co-ordinate it using PSP8

3) Resize to circle shape

4)Use as skin on a cylinder on google sketchup

5) Take screen grab at desired angle

6) Slice the blue atmosphere off google earth

7)insert atmosphere

8.) Slice 'Europa technologies' off google Earth

9) insert text

10) Make people smile for a brief moment with 'google Flat Earth'

FE is bullshit. The FE map is a Northern Polar Projection of he Earth.

Just because I criticize people who make crap RE arguments does not make me a Flat Earther.

In case you're interested here are some more 'maps' I've created over the months for use in debates

Standard FE Map

Timezones, work out the multitude of problems there

Tectonic plate lines

Earth at night...It's just pretty

Alternative FE placing antarctica at the centre and the Arctic as the ice wall

How the light shines from the sun in Northern summer

hhow the light shines in northern winter. which pretty much shoots FE out of the water (ignore the actual continents, this pic is created by invering the other one so it's a south pole centric Earth, the effect remains the same)

why the Fe sun does not work

Flat mars, visit http://z4.invisionfree.com/Theflatmarssociety/index.php for more information on this one

okok, nice maps, but they have nothing to do with flat earth, ffs every picture is flat, doesn't matter what the pic is of.

btw, the flat mars site is n1 :D... I laughed a lot, dunno who made it, but the sarcasm is really making it funny. It just makes this FE forum look fucking bad.

I mean, if you made that pic, and wow u see a flat earth, that has no connection whatsoever to the FE, why would be that your map? O.o

that argument is fallible, are you saying the creator of a globe shouldn't believe his own creation? The maps are based on pure FE canon, modeled on the UN logo.

As near as is possible for something which doesn't exist, those maps are 100% accurate (excluding the southern one)
