How can you prove that photo was altered in any way from its original form? Declaring it false evidence only shows refusal to believe any given data. Declaring the "Ice Wall" to be true without evidence is quite similar.

That image doesn't need to have been altered in any way from its original form if its original form wasn't a photograph, which you can't prove...

because, if you read the head article where this picture came from - this was a couple of private citizens who made the balloon, launched it and designed it to safely return the payload when it hit its ceiling.
