He has, in fact, been quoted as saying that he was glad that all those people were killed, and that he wishes many more had been killed. Of course, as you say, that makes him guilty of nothing more than intent.
Referring back to your list of Bush's crimes against humanity, do you still consider bin Laden a hero in light of the fact that he is guilty of many of the same acts?
