I'm so tempted to put a scratch and sniff at the bottom of a pool and see what you do...

It's no slur if it's fact.
When was the last time you saw a balloon traveling at 27,000 km/h?

You could use a telescope and be aware of where a satellite was going to be at a certain time. However the ballon thery is hard to back up. It can be done, but I'll let it's followers tell us how.

If its angular velocity is so high that it would be moving at 27,000 km/h were it several hundred miles up, couldn't it also be only a few miles up and moving at a much lower speed?
