Yes, Russia is on the conspiracy, they are working with NASA on the ISS.
Russia doesn't need to be in on the Conspiracy. Just because they are helping to fund NASA's ISS project, it doesn't mean that they are in on the Conspiracy. The ISS is just a satellite which moves east to west above the hub of the earth. It is caught in the same gravitational vector the sun, moon, and stars are caught in.
And yes, the flat Earth will appear curved, but on a Round Earth, you can only see one side of the Earth. On a Flat Earth, everything would be on the same side, and would not look the same as a Round Earth.

like this are still possible on a Flat Earth. The apparent curvature of th horizon comes from the round spotlight of the sun. The countries of the world are not all visible at once because the observer is simply not high enough. The rest of the world is still squished beyond the resolution of the human eye at the line of the horizon. As horizontal distance from the observer increases, land features will be squished by an order of magnitude. Additionally, since the atmosphere is not perfectly transparent, the squished and distant lands will be obscured by a haze of blue-white atmosphere.
Those other countries are still thousands or tens of thousands of miles away from the observer at an altitude of 100 vertical miles above the sea level of the earth. One would have to travel much higher to see the majority of the earth.
As for satellites, I'm not only talking about pictures, I'm talking about transfer of signals.
Satellites move around the hub of the earth, orbiting around the center of mass which the celestial bodies of the sky move around. This invisible barycenter is due to vast cornucopia of stellar systems orbiting around its center of mass - an imaginary point completely compliant with the Newtonian system. This is an extrapolated and more complex binary star movement. Technically this is called a multiple system.
Sustained space flight is impossible because of the Earths supposed acceleration.
If one enters orbit around the center of mass around the hub of the earth, sustained spaceflight is possible.
As for pilots, they need to be in on the conspiracy for Southern Hemisphere vs Northern Hemisphere flights. Same for cruise liners.
Pilots in the Southern hemisphere don't need to be in on any Conspiracy. They'll just experience a delayed flight. If you've ever been to a major airport you would know that it seems as if every other flight is delayed. A flight rarely arrives at its estimated time. Most people with experience in air travel, who've been on international flights, can attest to the extreme delays of flight arrivals. If we search for "flight was delayed" on Google we get millions of hits. Reading the direct personal testaments, excusing mechanical failures and bomb threats, we can see that it's not uncommon for flights to be delayed on the range of hours.
Airports may blame the cause to wind conditions, but it is very possible that the maps themselves are inaccurate, especially in the Southern Hemisphere, since they are based on the supposition of a Round Earth.
Just because LAN.com or a travel agent company may measure distances on a Round Earth map and estimate that a flight might take 6 hours, it doesn't mean that it will. Observational and personal evidence will be necessary to back any flight time claims between extremities of the Flat Earth. If there were any complaints due to travel time, the customer relations person at Delta would hardly be in a position to redraw a map and change the shape of the earth.
When I'm talking about scientists, I'm talking about scientists like the ones that claim to have gone to Antarctica or the ones that say anything against Flat Earth based on experiments. People who have traveled to Antarctica should have noticed it was nothing but a wall
Uh, there
is a 150 foot wall made of ice at the edge of Antarctica.

http://uwamrc.ssec.wisc.edu/images/gallery/B15Aedge.jpgAs for pictures of Round Earth, I mean Apollo 17 like pictures. The whole shebang.
Only NASA claims to have taken such pictures.
