Yeah PRETTY MUCH. I may be overlooking some island that declared itself a country. I only put it there to vindicate myself should someone find another one that fits the parameters. It's unlikely but possible.

I just calculated that π is somewhere between 3.14 and 3.15, but you know, I might have made an error so allow for all other possibilities too. Hope that helps.

It did help. Although we seem to have circumvented our understanding of "pine".

I just tried every combination of the capitals from the country Soze tracked down fitting the letter requirements. (I think it might have been the 28th combination I tried.) All in all, we got lucky. And whatever pine was referring to, I still don't know. 

Next, I Googled the 15 floor lobby question and got the answer immediately. Will Wright made the Sims games, so I figured the answer to Floor 30 must have been the Wright brothers, but no such luck.

I'm stuck. Anyone have a clue what it wants?
