How come all my Physical Memory is being used ALL THE TIME?  Like, 0 space left.  And when installing, the computer hums the whole time.  It's crazy.  Please Microsoft, it is annoying.

You're RAM is being used just like OS X uses it, which is a GOOD THING. It's keeping the most used software already loaded so that it can be readily brought back up.

The hum may be your fan on your CPU or even the HDD itself might be bad. Check those things.

If the problem persists, take it to a specialist.

Download & install SpeedFan-

http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php

That will tell you the speed your fans are running at, and what your computer's internal temperatures are. You can search online to find the safe temperature ranges for your various components. That noise may be a sign that either one of your fans is working overtime, or is about to break down (or both). Since you said that it only happens when installing stuff, though, that may just mean that you have a louder hard drive.
