Wow I saw th people guarding the ice wall when I saw the ice wall with my teloscope. Man! if the earth was round how would the chinese people hold on. Wouldmn't they fall off!! if the earth was rotating so fast how does anyone hold on wouldn't we all have to wear seatblelts or somthing. Christopher colombus was a complete idiot!!

Therein lies the problem.

Occam's razor:

Occam's razor (also spelled Ockham's razor) is a principle attributed to the 14th-century English logician and Franciscan friar William of Ockham. The principle states that the explanation of any phenomenon should make as few assumptions as possible, eliminating, or "shaving off," those that make no difference in the observable predictions of the explanatory hypothesis or theory.

This is often paraphrased as "All things being equal, the simplest solution tends to be the best one." In other words, when multiple competing theories are equal in other respects, the principle recommends selecting the theory that introduces the fewest assumptions and postulates the fewest hypothetical entities. It is in this sense that Occam's razor is usually understood.

Wrong Tom. I contend that you came to believe that the Earth was flat because you wanted to believe that the Earth was flat. Anyone who performs the Earth Not A Globe experiments and, from them, comes to the conclusion that the Earth is flat is either scientifically blind or a moron. Most of the Earth Not A Globe experiments are perfectly good ones, but the unfortunate thing for Tom is they demonstrate the Earth's "rotundity".
