Okay, here's my rough idea of how to explain the spatial differences in a Flat Earth and the maps provided by the Conspiracy.
Basically it's very far fetched and probably not possible with Conspiracy style physics and still leaves loads of discrepancies between Flat Earth and what you observe.
Anyway, here it is: worm holes, or more accurately Worm Slices.
I figure if a worm hole can connect two points across the universe ignoring the space in between then why can't they be applied to Flat Earth.
Basically what I'm thinking is you take a pseudocylindrical map of the earth.

And arrange it like the petals of a flower.

The space in between the petals doesn't exist (in the same way you don't travel through the space in between wormholes). So to observations of the Flat Earth and travel it appears like normal space but in reality there are worm slices spread throughout it.
There would also be a rather large amalgamation of wormslices at the hub in the centre. This we could call the North Hole.
I drew a better picture at home (instead of the flower) but I don't have a scanner so I can't put it on the computer.
