Mr. Mellow,
Do not overlook what some may consider quite obvious; that being, no one here really believes the earth is flat. The bulk of these debates simply exist to invoke “out of the box” thinking which is a tremendous benefit to the mind – similar to physical exercise for the body.
Theorizing is an empty brain exercise and therefore a waste of time unless one first ascertains what the population of the universe really consists of.
