How does the FE theory explain the fact that one (or myself specifically) can see different stars in the sky in different depending on which area of the globe I am standing on? How would a flat earth theory explain meteorites, asteroids and comets? How does gravity fit in?

Raptor, you make new posters look really bad.  You, and others like you, are the reason my first posts were met with nothing but sarcasm.  How about you do a little research before you go around asking questions?
OMG!

After looking at the FAQ, I've noticed that it explains gravity, halfway explains stars (but doesn't answer the OP's question about them) and says nothing about meteorites and asteroids. The FAQ  fails to answer or even ask 2/3 of the OP's questions. You can't criticize someone for not reading the FAQ when the answers aren't even there.

Yes you can. They proved that when I joined. Then when I answered something that required a quote from the faq, they were impressed. Do that. Works everytime. :)
