Well, I voted no because I know you are talking about FE. But they might be a conspiracy for other things. (things that MAKE MORE SENSE).

But as I said, I don;t think the governments in the whole planet can come together and work together for ANYTHING but blow each other's heads off. That's the only thing they are good at.
