That does not answer why the object speeds up as it falls (or from your view 'catches up with the earth') If the earth was accelerating the object would not speed up as it falls, but remain at a constaint speed.

How can gravity as a force actually exist?  It can be made to vanish by simply stepping off a ladder.  How can a force exist when all you have to do is change frames of reference and it no longer appears?  This leads to the thought that the force is not a force at all, it simply appears as one to us, because we are looking at ourselves in the wrong frame of reference.  Therefore, what we are experiencing is inertial motion, interrupted by the mechanical resistance of the earth.  This causes us to undergo constant acceleration, putting us in a non inertial FOR.  To us, we are inertial, so there arises a pseudo force when one converts a non inertial FOR to an inertial one.  Ergo, "gravity."

Gravitation can't be an acceleration because the Earth isn't accelerated... his revolution velocity is quite constant during the year. If I hold a pen, I transfer mine velocity (if I'm stopped, is the same of the Earth) to the pen. So, when I leave it go, without gravity there are no reason for the pen to fall down.
Moreover, if the Kepler laws are right, during summer the revolution velocity is grater then the winter one. So, if the gravity would be an acceleration, in autumn everything will be throw in the space because the acceleration is negative

Sure there is.  Once you let go of it, you are no longer accelerating the pen, so it continues at a constant velocity while the earth accelerates up to it.

That’s not even close to true.  Other planets have moons that orbit them.  All 360 degrees.  No acceleration will allow that.  It’s mass.

The acceleration is defined as derivate of the velocity... The reletionship between accelleration and speed is the same between speed and space, and no one can't say that with a constant speed a mass doesn't cover a space that grow linearly with the time. It is similar with the accelleration: while your car engine can erogate the power that permit a constant accelleration, your tachimeter sign a speed that increase linearly...

No, Eintein said that the energy needed to accelerate a mass increase to infinite when his velocity is near at the light one... and this confirm that Earth can't be foreverly accellereted.

Lavoisier in late 1700 and Eintein one century later, provided the evidence for the law of conservation of energy states: the total amount of energy in an isolated system remains constant, although it may change forms. Where can be find a source of energy needed to accellerate with a so big force the Earth, considering that the energy needed grow esponentially with the speed?
