I fly lots. And I've seen a curve on the horizon in Africa. No doubt though, it was the fishlense window. Ah well. This arguement gets you nowhere I've observed, so I'm only saying that once.

I thought the highest you've flown was 40 000 feet, and you need to be at 60 000 to make out the curve?

I'll never go on a plane. Only birds and insect can fly. Planes only fly because of magic. They're evil.

60,000 feet to see the curvature?
You can see it from a cliff looking out at the horizon! And I don't think they have 60,000 foot cliffs...
And I've been in a plane heaps of times, and always the horizon is not flat. Perhaps because it isn't anywy? ;]
You cannot apply logic to the following:
-zombies
-a flat earth

There's no need to argue the shape/size of the earth on the FES forums. S/he who does is simply a moron.

Er, you might want to check the American English Dictionary for that one. An English Dictionary would tell you it is Aeroplane.

I think your MIGHT be imagining this curve from those heights, or be getting fooled by your assumptions.
