This place is hilarious, seriously. I'm glad I found it. I'm also really beginning to think that everyone here "seriously advocating" the concept of a flat earth are just being facetious. But if not then there's not much that can be done. It's like trying to argue with a religious person over the concept of God, but even worse since God can't yet be disproven and a flat earth can (or, I should say a flat earth can be more easily disproven than God?)
    However, I would like to make a plea. The reason people on this earth are enjoying such a high level of comfort compared to our ancestors is because of reason and logic. Those who do not accept rationality are doomed, and there are plenty of examples in history. So, please, stop this nonsense. We'll all get our proof soon enough once space tourism takes off in the near future (once again, brought to you by our good friends technology and the most rational of all forms of economics: capitalism).

The reason all trips to the Antarctic are University or goverment controlled is because no one else has any real interest in going there. Besides, there may be private visits that you don't know about, after all private trips do not need to make themselves known.

What abouth the other planets? You can buy a telescope and clearly see them as being spherical. What about the moons rotation? Explain the tides. What about weather patterns, why do hurricanes spin? What about Earths magnetic field, how does that work? Explain the compass. What about the north star, why can you only see that from the northern hemisphere (good lck explainng that one).
