1)  You still haven't shown that Bendy Light is observable/distinguisable from "regular" light

2)  What "evidence"?  The only evidence you have for Bendy Light is derived from circular logic; "I know light bends not because I can observe it but because I know the Earth is flat.  I know the Earth is flat because light bends, proving the flatness of the Earth."
