Facts:
1. Tom Bishop says gravity exists on earth.

So are you telling me that the earth has gravity?  I am told that FE belive it does not.

Read the FAQ again. It says nothing about a lack of gravitation in the universe.

2. The FAQ says the earth is accelerationg at 9.8m/s-2

3. The measurable force of gravity(or whatever you want to call it UA, or whatever) on our earth(flat or spherical) is 9.8m/s-2.

So as of right now on our earth the measurable force of gravity is 9.8m/s-2.
Wouldnt it actually be 9.8m/s-2 from the UA
PLUS
the gravity of the earth itself?

Yay nay? If nay, please explain

The Earth doesn't have it's own gravity but the moon and sun do even though they're made of the same stuff as found on earth. However due to magic plus selective gravity (except when you dig up part of the earth and suspend two pieces of it on wires and measure how far they are pulled twards each other) the earth itself doesn't have gravity.

Oh my God I could so be their spokesperson!

The downward force of 9.8m/s-2 is the force we feel due to a combination of inertia and gravitation through acceleration.

The force we feel due to inertia is the greater of the two.

From the FAQ exactly.
Q: "What about gravity?"

A1: The Earth is accelerating upwards at 1g (9.8m/s-2) along with every star, sun and moon in the universe. This produces the same effect as gravity.

If the UA is giving the earth 1g by itself. And we currently feel 1g on the earth.   Then why isnt the gravity from the earth adding to this 1g or 9.8m/s-2?
To say maybe 9.9m/s-2?

Just because the force we feel because of inertia is the greater of the two, doesn't mean it negates the second force.  The other force is still there acting.  The combination is called the net force

The entire definition of "1g" is the amount of downward force felt on the surface of the earth at any given point. According to FE this g force is a combination of inertia and gravitation.

Really? How odd, because it seems the FAQ here says otherwise genious...

A1: The Earth is accelerating upwards at 1g (9.8m/s-2) along with every star, sun and moon in the universe. This produces the same effect as gravity.

And as far as the A2... it is irrelevant based on A1 saying we're accelerating at upwards 9.8m/s-2.

Okay you still avoided my question.  Shouldn't the equivalent to 1g be 9.9m/s-2 because of the UA giving 9.8m/s-2 AND the force of the earth itself giving .1m/s-2 (.1 is just a number I gave as an example).

According to you the net force (total force) acting as gravity is equal to 9.8m/s-2.
But this is impossible because the force of the UA is giving 9.8m/s-2 ALONE.
Doesn't the gravity of the earth have to add/subtract to the 9.8m/s-2?
