How is sunlight made?

With the dimensions you have given for the sun, it would be impossible for fusion to occur. Even if fusion could occur, the energy that the sun gives off is a measurable number. It would need to be as big as the accepted RE figure to radiate that amount of energy.

Actually the sun is a spotlight, so it's rays are focused in one direction thus incrasing the total energy given off.
