Why is this site allowed then?

If the governments are covering up the fact that the Earth is truly flat and are putting millions of dollars a year into keeping it hidden, then why is this site up? It's very easy for the government to close down a website, and if the site administrator/host/whatever complained, the govt's could easily "quiet" them without any problems.

Believe me that even though I believe the Earth is round, I am very open to new ideas and theories.

They'll say that if they shut down this web site they will reveal the truth. I seriously think that they are laughing right now anyway.

The governments wouldn't bother shutting down such a small site. After all, very few people who come to the site go away believing in a FE. Why would the governments bother?

I don't see why they don't reveal the truth anyways. If the Gov. decided to shut down a site, then FES revealed the truth, they would be executed before people enough people could understand and believe.

If we're talking such a big conspiracy, then why don't they pay attention to every little detail, including small sites like this? Or is it like the whole 9-11 Conspiracy episode of Southpark?

Holy crap, myeyesareround, I've figured it out:
You're a government agent aren't you? You just come on here to mess with the people so that we think you're a spammer trying to debunk and make fun of the people here, but what you're actually doing is making other people think you're a spammer and so your views aren't correct, therefor believing the people who think the world is flat!

This is like a conspiracy within a conspiracy...
