I guess FE simply refuse to accept any evidence that suggests the Earth is anything else but flat. Any which does is twisted or manipulated as needed until it can be made to seem to support FE.
I thought the main purpose of the Flat Earth Society was to try and investigate IF the world is actually flat and evaluate the available evidence fairly in order to come to a conclusion. However it seems to be more a case of FE believers have already come to that conclusion and anyone who disagrees with them (whether individuals or organisations) are simply wrong or are deliberately lying to them or deliberately trying to deceive them.
So much for 'free thinking' and if that is the case then I want nothing more to do with it because that is not my way of 'investigating' anything.
