The view of my observation is always pointing to the east. The live video above confirms it.
No, it doesn't.
All it does is show that you can't see the sun directly from that window when some music is playing.
Even taking your word that it is at sunset, that still doesn't show it is facing due east like you claim.
It could be facing almost anywhere in a 180 degree arc.
