We live in an oasis, a minute droplet of water that offers life a line to grasp onto.
The universe is too big to truly comprehend, it breaks any real and imaginative bounds our mind has created for us. The complete chronology of human existence, and life was we know it, revolves inside a tiny habitat. The existential odds of which are stacked against IT at every turn.
Everything we build, every way we and our forefathers aspired to be, the greatest thought and grandest, perhaps innocent... (At best) action we take will resolve into nothingness. The roots of many civilization(s) are all going to be dissolved within the equilibrium of the universe.
I, We, are...- tiny.
So, what is the point of our earthly existence?
Is it to merely Exist.
Informally, to make existence better in light of the fact that we simply can not do anything else?
Altering eventually the natural fate of it if possible as opposed to other universes which cannot because they do not bear life, which I believe is the case.
US
Perhaps, simply to exist, as opposed to...nothing. A being blessed with the capability of thought and grandiose dreams.
US
As opposed to nothing.
Perhaps, life is of inherent value and to be protected.
Maybe we are the grandest spectacle in the universe... something that fights against the omnipresence of anti-existence.
