My grandfather has been trying to dig deep

My father inherited a massive plot of land that his father lived on for his entire life been in the family for generations)

He used to tell me about how he was adamant the earth was flat, and the generic molten core that we are lead to believe is not true, and he would prove it.

Anyway he passed away a year ago and while looking out in bush far away on his property, we came across  a big manhole, probably 30 - 50 metres wide. Upon looking down it appears to be some kind of bottomless pit. Dad reckons he spent most of his life digging a hole extreamly deep, to prove it. There are two ladders going down into it, i'll post up some photos later.

Curious to know whats at the bottom. Its a shame he never got to dig to the other side of the world...

"Digging holes" is pretty much par for the course for these so called "flat earthers". Figuratively speaking.

Oh, and I know what's at the bottom. A huge crowd of people, pointing and laughing.

Well my mum used to be silly like that.
She would say "tappet stop digging that hole or you will dig right through to China"
And I would ignore her and keep digging as I needed to get through because, " class="bbc_link" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">
