question for FEs re planets
« on: March 05, 2014, 09:21:17 AM »
First of all there is nothing apart from seeing it with my own eyes that would convice me of FET but id expect many FErs to feel the same about RET

I would be interested to hear FErs opinion of other planets that we can observe in the sky. Do you think these are also great flat disks like ours or are they actual spheres?

really interested to hear your opinions

The celestial planets are not the same as the Earth.  Why would we think that they must have the same physical properties as the Earth?

Why do you have to go on attack mode straight away?

You are already putting words in his mouth so as to frame the debate: where did he say that the planets "must have the same physical properties as the Earth"?

Would people fall off the bottom of the moon? And what are the top / bottom areas of the moon?

well that is kind of my point. do you think they are the same shape as earth (as REs feel that other planets are also spheres) or do you think they are different? (i.e. speres, other spotlights etc)

I don't think the Earth is a planet, so no, I do not think the planets are the same shape as the Earth.

Why do you think the earth is not a planet ?

Because planets are spherical, and earth is flat.  Therefore earth is not a planet.
