hahahaha. That cant be a picture from the moon, remember you cannot possibly make it to the moon with the technology we have now. according to FES at least.

If you're asking if that could literally be a picture from the moon, then I would caution you to stick to to the lower forums until you figure out the rules here.

If you're asking to clarify what the life looks like, I would have to say most likely not. It probably looks more like a biolumenescent lake you would find on earth.

Having read Earth is not a globe, I think Parallax's explanation was that the moon was a semi-transparent sphere, with one side light (other side dark). As sphere rotates, we get the different phases.

To me, this better explains how we can sometimes see the moon during the day (sun's rays reflecting off it never really made sense to me, as the angles didn't seem to correspond well with the visibly illuminated section of moon).

Can you demonstrate with a photo and a diagram (together) when the angles did not correspond to the visibly lit portion of the lunar surface?
