And what critical comment would you like to make about the intelligence of the hundreds of astronomers gathered in Prague?

Ah right, something provable at last

P.S. I've met Patrick Moore, he's about as close as you can get to a recluse in modern times, there is absolutely no way he's involved in a global conspiracy...

you're tittering now.

But no one will be laughing when I launch a satellite into space and take a picture of the flat thing we love that we call the earth! Bwahahahahahaha! Then all will be revealed! Everyone will know the earth is flat!

... I just need 100 million dollars first.

Anyone wish to donate?

"nearly spherical shape"

nearly, so if it still flat, then you could say it maybe halfway to a spherical shape, which could in turn be nearly.  Obviously someone at the BBC has left this vital clue in to try and reach out to the masses about the flatness of the earth.  Though i know this website is obviously being monitored, a conspiracy this large requires that level of vigilance, i just hope the writer will be ok, a noble noble man he is.

It is pretty obvious to me that this article's release was timed to coincide fairly closely with the cease-fire in Lebanon.

It's just something to keep people distracted from the real news.

100 million dollars couldn't buy you enough lobotomies or LSD to neutralize your bigotry.
