Ideology
« on: May 22, 2009, 01:57:43 PM »
Hello,

Just came across this forum, I'm not shocked by the claims made here however, I've heard them made before, however I don't see any real basis for this argument. However, I'd like to get a feel for this ideology, and I would like to pose some questions, for example, you claim the NASA is corrupted and want to hide the fact that the earth is flat. Now, here's what I want to know. Why? Why would NASA want to keep this information from the public what benefit would it have? What about the former soviet union that was in a cold war with the USA, and the NASA space program? Why didn't someone from there come out and say the earth is flat? Why would the world go from killing people who thought the earth was round, to praising them? If this is truly a global conspiracy as is suggested why is there not one photograph to prove these things?

Lastly, private companies plan to let citizens travel into space for a hefty sum of around $200,000. Why would they do this if the earth was flat? Why would they risk the exposure of this conspiracy by allowing anyone who has the money to travel into space?

Regards

?

Read that first...as for the conspiracy, I really don't know how or why they believe in it. Its basically required if the flat earth model is to hold up but other than that I see no evidence. As for the motive of those in the conspiracy, if they tell the government they need $500 million for a satellite and only spend $10 million to create a disposable vehicle to send into "space" and then self destruct they pocket $490 million.

And, of course, the customer never needs to worry about actually having a usable payload either.

Besides, perhaps FET is a conspiracy too.
