What exactly is the FE theory for satellites that can be seen with the naked eye

At any given night you can see satellites moving across the night sky. Observation via telescope or binoculars reveals them to be real satellites, not meteors or whatever, so I'm curious, if space travel is impossible, what is the FE explanation to this?
