Starting a Chapter of the FE Society
« on: June 27, 2008, 09:56:42 AM »
In our local community there are a few enlightened folks who would like to begin a chapter or branch or whatever of the Flat Earth Society.  I cannot find information about how this is done so that our affiliation is official.  Can anyone direct me to a thread or website which guides us in how we initiate a new chapter so we can begin our discussions and research.  Several of us are considering a trip in the coming year to explore the Ice Wall and establish this through evidential proof.  So we are anxious to become official and not just a band of disassociated intellectuals and scientists.  Your help and grace would be most appreciated.

So, with some minimal effort one might appreciate your lack of grace if there were only some modest intelligence in it.  However, your replies to someone new to this forum establish new standards for communications manners and are more typical of what one mind find in, say, a lower class area.  So, if you are finished with the substitution of adolescence for intelligence, would you either reply with some meritorious wit or a simple answer.  How the dear flat world is crowded with those who would be but lack the abilities.  I hoped this group of bright minds would separate itself from the pedestrian norm.  Perhaps it will, but certainly not yet.
