Does this picture look like a terrible terrible photoshop job to anyone else?

The astronauts, building, the logo, and the shuttle all look like they were ms-painted into the same scene together. NASA can't even afford a decent artist these days.

The money for a proper NASA art department is detonating somewhere in Iraq right now, in the form of million dollar stinger missiles.
