It shouldn't come as any surprise. IQ measurements indicate that jews of European origin (what's a better word?) score some 10-15 point average above caucasians, nearly one standard deviation. Regions with IQ levels in the region of 85ish are similarly underrepresented among NP recipients. It's no big mystery. Just brain power.
