A bunch of Canadian cities were vying for a new Amazon headquarters to be built their, they said it was gonna create 10 000 jobs in the area or something crazy like that. just thought i`d share

Yeah, we tried to go after that too; I forget who ended up winning the bid though. As a Canadian I'm glad they didn't rule us out.

I'm located in TN. Wilmore is in Ireland. Daniel moved to Hong Kong a bit ago. I believe we still have a few folks over in Britain though.

Usually because they've taken more open source projects and turned them into new services.

I'm particularly excited about some of the talks on machine learning, search indexing, and dev ops.
