I don't know about overseas, but here in the UK it's become customary in many cities to dress up for New Year's Eve as well as Halloween.

No, 2007 is the best year ever.

8 people I knew from High School broke into another one of my classmates house and beat him and two of his friends. So that means 8 people that I hated are all going to prison for a few years, and 3 people who I hated even more got the shit beat out of them.
