Here are two pictures of Mallorca taken from a beach at Cala'n Bosch, Menorca. About 45km distance between the two, but I don't know the exact location I was looking up.
One was taken standing on the beach, the second was taken standing on a lifeguard post about 2m high. Both are taken at x40 zoom.
How does the FET explain the increased height in the second.
Standing at sea level.

About 2m higher.

If you don't believe there is a height difference, download the images and check the height of the land in pixels.
I will explain for you...
first watch this:
OK - its VERY SIMPLE:
- Things on a flat surface at a distance "LOSE THEIR BOTTOM"
- You can 'bring back their missing bottom' by either:
A) Physcially moving closer to the object in question OR:
B) Elevating yourself HIGHER from that object...
"How does the FET explain the increased height in the second."
THERE IS NOT AN INCREASED HEIGHT OF THE MOUTAIN in your photos! Rather there is a 'dissapearance of the bottom'... then when the viewer moves HIGHER, the MISSING BOTTOM RE-EMERGES...
Again: 'the top of the moutain' didnt get taller, the bottom simply re-emerged
TRY the coin on the table experiment... move the coin away from you until the BOTTOM vanishes.. then either move the coin back towards you OR raise your eye-level HIHGER... either one will make the bottom of the coin/moutain re-emerge...
Your pictures actually PROVE that the earth *is* FLAT!

Yes, I've seen that video long ago and it is simply deceptive! If you look carefully, it is obvious that the camera is positioned
below the desktop.
Just look at these two images from the video:
Coin on desktop near edge | | Coin on desktop near back |
This is how it is done:
Coin Masked by DesktopI do not know if that video presenter is trying to be deceptive or just trying to explain away the impossible, but on a Flat Earth there would be
nothing to block the view of the sun, a ship or some islands.
Of course with the Flat Earth sun the problem is worse! It is supposedly always at 5,000 km above the earth.
There is no perspective or any other effect that could make that appear anywhere near the horizon.
So for that island to be partly hidden, and then more to appear from a higher site-line,
there must be something "in the way" and it cannot be the flat earth - flat is flat and cannot block the boat!
The only explanation that fits what we see is simply the curve of the earth, as sailors have known for centuries. Sort of like in my rough diagram:
Ship part hidden by curve. Left side on, middle from low view point with all the hull hidden and right from a higher view point with less hidden.Sure, I know that if you take videos like this as evidence, you will never be convinced, but some others might see what deception is being presented.
