How do explain pictures taken from normal civilians???

I always hear that NASA is part of a conspiracy to push the "round earth" down our throats but how are photos taken by normal everyday people explained. Like the website below of the ISS going across the face of the moon?

Really? It looks like the space station to me. In fact, it's so clearly the ISS that I would think anyone that would suggest it's an insect is either lying (to others, themselves, or both) or needs to get their vision checked.
