You would be dead well before you got to the edge of the ice dome, as it's absolute zero.
If you could get to it..you would simply crash into it, so there is no falling off of anywhere.

You do understand that reaching absolute zero is impossible?

From our primitive minds I suppose it could be. Let's call it nearly then to save argument.

Good enough for me. But just so you know, absolute zero is essentially the point at which particles have zero kinetic energy but this is impossible since there is quantum mechanical zero point energy in the ground state.
