I believe mythbusters already proved this machine to be inacuarte. They did a whole special on free energy.

the device does not claim free energy, i hope we can all agree that it is impossible.
the device just rotates from the earth rotating, getting very very low rpms on what could be hooked up to a generator.
it would be impractical and likely impossible to get enough of them, but it still is not free energy. at least that is what the site says.

if it is in fact moving as a result of rotation, the flat earth model will need some fixing up. or another unexplainable force theorized.

I love the concept of free energy, and the nuts who believe it's possible. But, I'll agree with Tesla in one of those examples, it may not be possible now, but the future may prove otherwise.
