Analyzing the body wouldn't prove anything. The bread before it is blessed by the priest is mere bread, once he blesses it, it becomes the body of christ. however it retains all the physical forms of bread (taste, texture, etc.) but it is still the body of christ. The blood is the same.

I hadn't heard about it either. I suppose that atheists tend to not be as tightly packed in their communities as a common disbelief is not a strong bond between them.

Atheist community seems like less of an actual group than any religious community.

I hope you mean sacrilege. Either way, saying that something is physically the body of christ, but it's still physically bread is just stupid.
