Ice wall clarification please
« on: August 27, 2008, 07:50:27 PM »
About the ice wall... How tall is it. I have read the FAQ several times, and read forums. Are there are 2 different Ice walls? Please update the FAQ, and keep these things in mind.

The atmosphere goes pretty high up:

So thats means the ice wall would have to be about 400 km + or -. On a map that is really big:

If the ice wall isn't that tall then the atmosphere will blow away as earth accelerates due to the Wizards and their magic (see thread http://theflatearthsociety.org/forum/index.php?topic=22381.msg456357#msg456357 ):

We know that the ionosphere is up that high because radio signals get bounced off of it every day and night.

It's already discussed before. The atmolayer is either held by a theoretical DEF or other unknown mechanisms. It is commonly accepted that the Ice Wall does not hold the atmolayer.

So how tall is the icewall? Shouldn't the FAQ say that it is unknown what holds Atmosphere over flat earth, that is pretty much what you just said.

150ft.

The FAQ will most likely be updated.
