If the ice wall is indeed guarded, as conspiracy theory suggests, and you flew in unannounced, without permission, chances are you'd be shot down.

Quite possible, but one would also suggest they are hiding something there if that was the case. Seeing as how I haven't heard of anyone getting randomly shot out of the sky because of curiousity, I would see no reason to guard a huge ass piece of ice. Even if they were warned to leave that would still raise suspision that they had something there that nobody needed to no about, unless it was a base of somesort.

You don't have to be a scientist to be able to fly an airplane. Why hasn't anyone ever flown from say, south america, to the south pole, and flown to see this Ice Wall? Really rich people have their own jets and such, wouldn't you think that someone would have already flown through there already? You would think something has massive as this couldn't be kept secret forever. This is a serious question. Hell you could probably take a damn crop duster there and see it for yourself if you had enough fuel to get there and back. Why hasn't anyone gotten curious to fly there and check it out? or have they already and everyone cried conspiracy?

Isn't this site about RE'ers proving that a FE can't exist; not FE'ers proving to RE'ers that a FE does exist?

it should be the other way around.

when you go to a movie, you dont go already knowing what is going to happen, unless of course someone told you. you go to find out what happens. same way this forum should work. The FE'ers already know how a round earth could exist, because they have heard it millions of times. they should explain to us how their theory works, not some reference to a stupid book.

the 3 most common references here are either

A. Go read the FAQ
B. Go read the Earth not a globe book
or finally
C. Go look out your window

A. The faq isnt even fully explained, it is just bs'ed. dont tell people to read it if it isnt complete. its like telling someone to go read a book that has missing pages

Maybe I dont understand your question. But... how can you 'fly' and stay at the same distance from the ground? ...you wouldn't go anywhere.

basically what i ment was not flying directly to the star, but parallel to the ground. but continuously moving towards the star.

Yes, but at some point you would be directly underneath the star and any further flying would put the star behind you, technically.  In either model of Earth.
